Acceptance of current general sales conditions

Confirming an order made by an internet user on the Finest Wines website implies full and complete acceptance of all current and general conditions.
This contract is drawn up in accordance with Belgian Law. Full competence corresponds to the courts of the jurisdiction in which The Finest Wines official headquarter is based(Nijlen).

Ordering

Prices are in Euros 21 % VAT included. Prices in product descriptions do not include transport cost.
Once the buyer has placed an order, the buyer is committed to the details given : the seller does not accept any responsibility for any errors in the delivery address provided, resulting in the non-delivery of goods.
All our offers are only valid if there is stock available, without obligation and provided it has not been sold.
Considering that some wines are available only in limited quantities, restrictions on quantities may apply to some products. In such case, the amount available is to be understood as limited per household.

Delivery and receipt

Finest Wines will try to deliver the goods in the shortest possible time.
Depending on availability it can take a few weeks for some wines to be delivered.
Any possible delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or to claim damages.
Any delays resulting from war, uprisings, fire, strikes, accidents and the non-supplied products from the provider are considered to be due to Force Majeure, thereby releasing the seller from the obligation to make the delivery.

Payment

We ask payment in advance on all orders.
Once payment is received we ship the goods.
In accordance to the Belgian Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 7 working days starting from the delivery date to return the goods (undamaged and unopened) to the seller, either for exchange or refund, at no costs other than the return shipping costs.

Copyright and Contents

Text, lay-out, illustrations, scripts and any other item on this site falls under the protection of copyright. Copies, modifications, translations, adaptations of the whole or a part of the site, in whatever form or way, is strongly prohibited, unless preliminary permission is given by the owner or Finest Wines.
Each violation can lead to civil or criminal trial.

Personal Data

When you register at Finest Wines, we ask for data information from you. These are : name, address, phone number and email address. Finest Wines shall never give the information to anyone else unless we are obliged by a government office. The information shall only be used for our services, we will not contact you for purposes other than our wines. You always have the right to look into your personal information.

Purpose of processing of personal data

If you give your personal data this will be inserted in our databank and they will be incorporated:

For the management of the register of members and the given service.
For the execution of marketing studies and enquiries.
To inform you about updates and products from Finest Wines.

For more information you can always ask at the commission for the protection of the privacy at the Ministry of Justice, Waterloolaan 115, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

Mention of violation of privacy

If you think that Finest Wines violates your privacy, you are asked to inform Finest Wines immediately through electronic mail on our contact page.

Control of your private communication
Finest wines has the right to control all communications and messages, the content, the origin and the destination, especially when we have suspicions that the whole or a part of this communication is related with illegal actions or when we are ordered by an authority.
Except when the control happens on request of competent authority, the control of Finest Wines may only relate to the communication with a public character, this means the information that is on the webpage, the communications that can be found discussion groups or the information mailings, without any restrictions to the list.

Direct/Indirect damage

We exclude all responsibility for any direct or indirect damage, of whatever nature, which results from or has any connections with the use of this site or with the impossibility to consult the site.

Prices on the site

The given data and prices are all under reservation.
The prices are subject to modifications by the producers and Finest Wines can never be held responsible for possible wrong information.



All prices on this internet site are in euro, including 21% taxes, without transport charges.
The wine bottles have a content of 750ml unless explicitly mentioned differently.
